Where to eat ?
Jaipur offers the best in
continental and Indian Cuisine. The speciality is obviously Rajasthani
food. Daal Bati Choorma is the most famous Veggie fare, while hot on the
Non-vegetarian is Soola or barbequeed meats flavoured by local vegetables.
All the prominent hotels
have their own restaurant. Most of independent restuarants are concentrated
on the MI Road and Raja Park. Credit Cards are widely accepted.
