Famous Tiger Reserves of India

The areas that we can help through mediums available to us are many, few of them are:

  • Raising the awareness by spreading the message
  • Promoting Conservation parks
  • Involving the Professionals in other spheres (Doctor’s, Engineer’s, Etc.)
  • Promoting Wildlife Tourism

and most important - "educating the young generation about the facts and involving them to help solve the problem".

Because, as the marketers have realised, the most effective way to send a message focussed on the nucleus family in order to sell a concept is to target the WONDER KID. (See Kidstreat.)

There are many groups who are engaged in the Tiger Conservation Project, few of them are:
Project Tiger
WWF

Few personalities who have done a lot for the cause:
Belinda
Samar Singh
PK Sen

Experts who have been working on the Tiger consevation projects, have been trying their level best to raise awareness and work to save the Natural habitat of the tigerand contribute to it's natural growth. But, if the poaching and the illegal tiger trade is not curbed, and wildlife protection laws are not enforced with great earnest, we shall be deprived of our National Natural Heritage species - The Indian Tiger.

Let us all try to do atleast one small effort  to save the same.

End Note

The tracking of tiger trail and live encounter with a tiger is a pursuit which few researchers and wildlife enthusiasts have spent days, months and years. The thrill of the same can hardly be described in words and photographs. But some of them, that I know and have met have contributed their work without any hesitation. I had some excellent references from Lustre Press, Wildlife fund, Project Tiger and few photographers. Some researches have put very good experiences of theirs on the web, few links are included here for your reference. Others who have not done so, are welcome, to use this medium, through our small effort. All you need to do is to send a manuscript, photographs and we shall do the needful.
